Small professional team discussing work around a table

Origin

The practice grew from repeated board conversations in the Taipei area where restricted balances looked tidy in summary reports but could not be reconciled to original donor wording. Net Analytic was formed to offer that reconciliation as a dedicated engagement, not as a side task after closing the books.

Where we sit

Our office address is No.33Lane576ChungChengRd.HsinChuangCityTaipeiTaiwan(China). Much of the document work is remote; interviews and briefings are arranged around your committee calendar.

How we work with clients

Purpose first

We quote the donor or funder language before we talk about averages, ratios, or narrative themes.

Exceptions in writing

Findings cite documents. Soft impressions stay in conversation; board-facing memos stay specific.

Board-ready tone

We write for treasurers and finance officers who must explain releases to colleagues who did not read the grant file.

People

Engagements are led by practitioners with nonprofit finance and grant-compliance backgrounds. We staff reviews according to fund volume and language needs; English is the default for memos and briefings, with Mandarin coordination available when your internal files require it.

Credentials are discussed during scoping when a funder or board asks for a particular assurance form. Many clients need a review memo rather than a standards-based opinion—and we say so plainly when that is the better fit.
