Acceptance

By using https://netanalytic.digital or engaging Net Analytic for nonprofit fund tracking or donor-use audit review services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope letter or engagement confirmation. Fee ranges on the site are guidance, not an offer to contract at a fixed price without scoping.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials published by Net Analytic remain our property unless a scope letter assigns deliverables to you. Findings memos and briefing packs produced under an engagement are licensed to the client organization for internal governance and funder reporting; republication for marketing requires our prior written consent.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate fund lists, gift instruments, and ledger extracts, and for decisions your board or management make after receiving our findings. We rely on the completeness of documents you supply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Net Analytic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from management decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. Contact forms are for genuine inquiries about our engagements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements originating through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
