Most engagements are quoted after we see your fund list and how complete the gift files are. The ranges below help boards budget; they are not a checkout menu.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of active restricted balances and open grants in the period
- Whether gift letters and grant contracts are already filed and searchable
- Need for on-site interviews versus remote document review
- Translation time when key instruments are only in Mandarin and the board requires an English memo
- Rush timing ahead of a fixed funder visit or annual meeting
Deposits and billing
Engagements above NT$40,000 usually begin with a 40% deposit on acceptance of the scope letter. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo or pack. We do not charge monthly subscriptions.
