Refund and cancellation policy
Scope
This policy applies to paid professional engagements described on this site—donor-use audit reviews, restricted fund tracking assessments, grant covenant checks, and board finance briefing packs. It does not cover physical merchandise or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement before substantial work begins, when a deposit was taken and scoping cannot proceed because we decline the work, or when a written scope letter expressly provides a refund entitlement. Completed deliverables (final memos or packs already delivered) are not refundable.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests related to deposits or cancellations should be emailed to hello@netanalytic.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our notice of decline or your cancellation before kickoff).
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of unused deposit — if you cancel in writing before we begin document intake, or if we withdraw before kickoff.
- Partial refund — if work has started (intake received, interviews scheduled, or testing begun), we may retain a portion of fees reflecting hours already spent and non-recoverable preparation, and refund the remainder of sums paid.
- No refund — after delivery of the final memo or briefing pack, or for live briefings already held.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example, certified translation ordered for gift instruments) are non-refundable once incurred. Time already spent on testing and drafting is billed against the engagement and is not returned as a cash refund beyond any unused prepaid balance.
Deposits
Deposits reserve our schedule for the agreed window. They are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit amounts follow the full/partial rules above when an engagement is cancelled.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Either party may cancel in writing. If you reschedule a live committee briefing with at least five business days’ notice, we will move the date once at no extra charge. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee of up to NT$6,000 to cover preparation already completed for that slot.
No-shows
If your designated contacts do not attend a confirmed briefing and do not notify us at least one business day ahead, the briefing fee is earned and not refundable; we can rebook at the then-current add-on rate.
Work already started
Once ledger extracts and gift files are under review, cancellation triggers a partial fee based on progress. You remain entitled to any draft materials already shared, marked as incomplete if the engagement ends early.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the paying organization. Processing typically takes 10–15 business days after approval.

Exceptions
If a scope letter states different cancellation terms for a particular engagement, that letter controls. Mandatory protections under Taiwan law, where applicable, are not limited by this page.
