Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, engagement interest, fund-count notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described in our cookie notice.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare fee estimates, perform contracted fund tracking or donor-use review work, improve site usability (if analytics cookies are accepted), and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Legal bases

Depending on context, we process data to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with law, or on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a professional practice and securing our website—balanced against your rights.

Retention

Inquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement correspondence and working papers are retained for at least seven years, or longer when a funder, board, or law requires extended retention. Analytics data, if collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, ordinarily no longer than 26 months.

Processors and international transfers

We may use email, hosting, and analytics providers that process data outside Taiwan. Where transfers occur, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or provider commitments consistent with applicable Taiwan personal data rules. Engagement working papers are shared only with personnel and processors needed to deliver the scoped work.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@netanalytic.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

Children

This site is directed at nonprofit professionals and board members. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the contact form.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting a revised version here. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
